AI Future Thinking

In this fast-paced breakout, participants will step into a 2035 General AI scenario and explore its implications for people, organisations, and the systems they operate in. Using a lightweight Futures Jam approach, we will examine what such a world might mean for services, strategy, responsibility, and decision-making across public and private sector contexts.

The aim is not forecasting for its own sake, but better thinking in the present. By using the future as a stimulus, the session helps participants surface assumptions, open richer strategic conversations, and consider what they should do now in response to uncertainty, risk, and emerging possibility.
