Refund Policy
If you’re unable to attend Thinking Digital 2026 we’ll give you free access to our webcast and transfer your registration to Thinking Digital 2027. This option remains open until 5pm, 10 April 2026.
If you’d like a refund, we grant:

- 100% refunds minus £10 admin fee until 02 March 2026
- 50% refund minus £10 admin fee 03 March- 31 March 2026
- No refunds after 31 March 2026
